Skills is a library of agent skills for running delivery with AI. Each skill is a SKILL.md: when to use it, how to run it, and the templates it owns. The same files load in Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and skills.sh.

What the pack covers

The agile line runs from a vague problem to a retrospective:

intake, roadmap, epic, story, sprint, status, review, and retro. Refinement checks the artifacts and the code. A router skill picks which one to open.

Around that sit design and prototyping, TDD, usage-flow walkthroughs, audio and video, a planning checklist, and the ai-memory wiring skills.

Install the whole pack or one skill:

bunx skills add djalmajr/skills --skill '*'
bunx skills add djalmajr/skills --skill agile-story

Invoke one with its name, for example /agile-story. /agile-router picks when the next step is unclear.
